Goat spotted

My brother was rock climbing and spotted this mt goat.  Is it a billy or a nanny?

Washington Pass or Golden Horn area?  Looks like pretty pure granite- not common in the state. 

If you're climbing up Snow Creek or in the Enchantments, goats can come right up to you looking for food treats or for salt (your sweat or urine, in fact).
