WTB: CVA front sight
« on: October 12, 2021, 08:03:18 PM »
I’m willing to pay Top dollar for one or more of the “smaller” cva front sights for my accura. I let my dad have the smaller sight for his older eyes. Approximately .035”  Seems that they quit making this size fiber optic and there all about .055” now.
Let me know!

Sorry missed your comment. I tried the Williams precision and i just didn’t seem to be able to focus enough to feel confident.

Bump, still looking for the smaller fiber optic front sight

I don't know if it's the same front sight, but I broke the front sight on my CVA Thunderbolt years back.  Knocked the fiber optic right out of the top and busted the little front holding tab that held the fiber optic in place. I bought another aftermarket fiber optic front sight and it was dang near identical to the factory sight.  I'll have to look at it when i get home later today to verify the brand or size as it's been at least 15 years ago.

One does not hunt in order to kill; on the contrary, one kills in order to have hunted. If one were to present the sportsman with the death of the animal as a gift he would refuse it. What he is after is having to win it, to conquer the surly brute through his own effort and skill with all the extras that this carries with it: the immersion in the countryside, the healthfulness of the exercise, the distraction from his job. ~ Jose Ortega y Gasset
