21 Blacktail
« on: October 25, 2021, 11:41:57 PM »
Got this buck yesterday around 11am. He was chasing 3 does. 260 yard neck shot, Played Cat and mouse for about 15 minutes before finally getting a clear shot. Scope was fogged and it was raining buckets out there. 1/4 mile from where I shot another buck last year.  Hard to beat hunting these beautiful deer.

Dandy!

Great buck!  Funny how on the first photo his rack is black but mahogany on the remaining shots.  How far did you have to hump him out of there?

Yeah I think it was just all lighting and the antlers being wer. He was about 3 miles behind a locked gate. Thank you!
