Beach access at Copalis?
« on: January 27, 2022, 03:21:50 PM »
Does anyone know if the beach access at Copalis is currently do-able for a regular 2-wheel drive car?

In copalis beach no there is not. Roads have been washed out for years. There is a bridge over Conners creek you can walk on.

I had our Toyota Highlander down there last weekend. No problem to get on the beach in a sedan. The beach access is just south of copalis in Ocean City. In Copalis proper, you have to walk across the footbridge.

That's Pacific Beach not Copalis. lol  I used to take my high school girlfriend down to the beach underneath that railroad trestle.  She was a cheerleader at Moclips High School.

Thanks everyone.

Coues: most helpful!

I only ask because I was on the twin harbors beaches a couple weeks ago and 2 of the 4 entrances were 4x4 only, IMO.

Turns out Im probably not going this weekend after all. Good info for next time though!
