I think guys that have drawn an oil should be disqualified from voting...

And three oils should get you banned.... :chuckle:

Actually I think it would be fair for anyone who draws any of the three to be disqualified for applying for the other two.

BigHorn would be my choice . Have no desire to hunt Moose . Well not in Washington, Alaska would be cool but will never afford it

I thought moose would clean up this poll. The goat number is right where I expected it to be.

I probably would have chosen moose. But since I already drew moose I really want a bighorn. Goat would be cool but definitely behind sheep for me.

Sheep for me.

I am surprised at how many people have already drawn a OIL tag or tags.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Sheep for sure, had killed a goat in another state and am heading to Alaska for Moose in September, Bighorn is probably my number one bucket list animal, right ahead of a Dall.

There's a guy out there this year completing the hatrick with a moose tag.

Mtn Goat and I'd choose mtn goat till I aged out or died. I'd give up deer and elk apps and I'd front the tag money like other states do. Bring on the white spikes 😍

Quality elk?

If not, I would pick moose, then sheep, then goat.  Moose are bigger. :chuckle:

Moose. I’ve been blessed enough to have multiple OIL moose hunts, and I’d love even more

I think this question changes throughout one’s life. Right now I’m going to say Moose because it’s something I know Dad and I could get done.  I still apply for goat, but not gonna lie that one gives me concern.  Ram is top of the list too.

So with out doing exact math...and let's ASSUME the status quo atm is that everyone puts in for all there, tho looking at the numbers I don't think that's the case but let's just go with it

39.2% go for moose
49.5% go for sheep
11.3% go for goats

You could expect to eliminate....

60.8% of the current moose applicants

50.5% of the sheep applicants

And...the one that doesn't apply to jackelope...a whopping 88.7% of applicants that put into the goat draw

But youl need to raise the price per applicant to 41 bucks to ever get wa to consider anything like this

Just food for thought, doesn't bother me either way
