For Sale-House Plans

Hey guys,

I have a set of house plans that I planned to build a house with,but ended up buying one. The plans were drawn up by JWR Design on the westside. They just need the engineer stamp for your county. The pictures I posted are the online pics of the floor plan. If interested reach out and I can get you more info and pics. I have 5 printed copies also a PDF. Asking $500. These are brand new plans still rolled up and in shipping box.

2,200 sq ft rambler
3 bed, 2 bath
3 car garage, bonus room above

(Located in Pateros)

Not being designed specific to the county it's being installed in can be a problem.
If these are plans that were purchased off of the web, then you will have a lot items that may need changed.
This will also hold true if you want to make any changes.  :twocents:

I am not sure the legality of selling plans put together by someone else. I would
imagine there is some copyright or intellectual property laws that would be in play. I don’t blame you for wanting to try and recoup some cost. Just giving a heads up.

If someone pays 2,500 to 5,000 for house plans, I’d say they can sell them. I see layout plans now, thanks.

Is there a HVAC plan with duck work routing in the homemade plans and plumbing with black pipes draining the right way.  :tup:
