New Yakima Res boundary ?

I see no change in the West Klick boundary descriptions, so does this mean non-natives can still hunt 578 as usual ? Seems with the new Res boundary that GMU 578 would be different boundary description. Anybody have insight on this ?

It looks like it can be hunted for Elk then?  In the email they sent out it wasn't real clear to me, to me it was a "should not", not a "shall not"
