I  met a young lady 2 years ago drew moose with 3 points it’s possible for anyone DAY DREAM AWAY !!!!!! Don’t be Debbie downers

I teach high school and you would not believe the ratio of students to adults that draw quality and OIL tags.  I have heard a theory on this that may or not be correct, but anecdotally, I know that the percentage of kids that get hard to draw tags is higher than adults.  And I'm not talking about youth tags, I mean Quality Deer, Quality Elk, OIL....

Well my 10 year old is in for every youth and adult opportunity, so here's to hoping she draws something.

Pretty sure my son is going to draw the one youth moose tag because we have no idea about the unit or creature and probably multiple conflicts with the timing of the hunt.

I just got some good intel from Shanika's cousin who was told by Big Jim's nephew, who mows the lawn for someone who works for the game department cleaning their bathrooms, that the draw will happen sometime in June.

I was told that I could take that to the bank!

I know of a couple hunters that drew the incentive tag after only hunting this state for a year! :twocents:

I used to get crazy excited, then major depressed.  With sooo many points in quality elk, bull elk and not drawing in 27 years, I don’t expect anything anymore, not quite as depressing. Have a multi season elk in my pocket this year, so either way, I’m hunting bulls. Good luck all, you’re gonna need it.

Really? Someone else who remembers "Early" and "late" elk tags eh' If it was still that way your chances drawing would be so much better but they will NEVER kill their pet cash cow! :bash:
