Disc Sander WTB or WTB

Looking for a Disc Sander to purchase (WTB) or borrow (WTB). I really need it for one project, a grind to fit butt pad. I have a Hobo Freight 4" with a belt, it just doesn't have the speed to grind rubber.

Or a tabletop belt sander, 1"x30" would be fine.
