We knew a picker who died upside down in a FS outhouse when he fell in trying to retrieve a knife he dropped in. This was 10 or 15 years ago now, I think. What a horrible way to go.

This lady survived her ordeal. You should have heard the 911 call. This happened between Brinnon and Quilcene.

 In the late 80s I worked as a farm hand and remember this story like it was yesterday... family of 5 died in a pit/tank filled with methane..

Really unfortunate. This is why confined space entry rescue is the last resort behind self-rescue and non-entry rescue.
