Don't forget to look underneath at the underside of the plywood flooring and see if it's coated as well. We had a few trailers that just had bare plywood showing underneath. It eventually got wet enough times that it started flexing and getting soft. Got rid of it before it fell apart. Scrapped it.

 :yeah:

The frame and underside already has a truck bed liner applied to it from the factory. I think I am going to try a roll on type bed liner on the interior floor and 12”-18” up the walls and ramp.
Thanx for all the ideas!

I tried HERULINER on a fuel tank and it was junk.

I did spray my truck with Raptor Liner and love it. It’s really easy to do, the kits on Amazon come with everything you need. If you order the kit with out color you can go to an automotive shop that sells auto paint tint for custom colors.

From what I’ve read wood surfaces need a thicker coating applied. My guess is the flex of the wood.

Pm me if you have any questions.

I’m not going to use Herculiner - I’m going to try another one I founds on line that had great reviews.
I don’t want to use Raptor on a deck surface as it really isn’t very strong. We/I have sprayed probably a 100 kits of Raptor on boats we build. Amazing product but it does scratch fairly easy on high traffic areas . That’s why we only use it on interior walls

I’ve got a Livingston boat I want to spray. You got any tips for me?🤣

i painted mine with grey killz primer, been good for years and cheap

I also did this except for white. Its worked well but i think a thin rubber flooring is in my future for my trailer now that i bought a small tractor.

I did the same with kilz and it didn't stick very well. Was thinking about that epoxy garage floor stuff
