Not a single response in days. It seems like someone's cruising the hunting boards for honey.  :dunno:

Aw man, I wasn't. Just went away from the area for like a year and now I'm back. I have been thinking about getting in contact with someone, I just have some worries about it as a woman, thats all. I think I will use the advice in this thread and check out a local archery club so I can meet people in person first :)
We got your worries. Let us know where you are and someone will help you by meeting in a very public place to answer your questions and point you in the right direction. Welcome back.

I followed the advice of some people in this thread and did that as well. I got no response from most people, the only responses I did get were that they already had a lot of mentees, so I will keep trying

Id 2nd FHF but unfortunate if not getting a response. Check the womens board or some FB groups. If up north, there are several clubs, ranges, and shops that offer womens specific groups and trainings. Check out Silver Arrow Bowman.
Take one new person out hunting every year.
