Please take a look and provide comments. Not that it will to any good but all we can do is try.  This is regarding next few years of seasons including reducing opportunities for hunters. No wonder so many are now hunting out of state.

Looks like lots of changes. I am in favor of the removal of antlerless wording for deer in order to try to help population growth. The other parts seem to be in order with current population objectives. Some will look at it as eliminating hunting but I don't see it that way.

:bash: Comments in the Elk section.....  This is why political game management should be avoided at all costs in this state.  (Bottom comment is mine)

If WDFW didn’t allow for killing of Cougars and wolves, the number of elk would be reduced.

Who would want the number of elk reduced? Now wolves and cougars YES. Reduce their numbers! How many elk attack children at camp, or bikers on trails?

Same. I don't think department science/bio informed recommendations are the bad guy. It's the commission that wants to reduce for social reasons. I don't love it for my personal opportunities, but I get it for management goals.
