Actually, the guy in the headlock was trying to hit his "opponent" with a fish bonker.  They were able to pull that away from him.  That's what you see getting thrown into the lake in the video.  So then the guy picks up a rock and starts swinging it around in attempts to hit the guy holding him down.

No punches or kicks going, nobody picked up a rock or a knife. This doesnt really look like a "fight", just some old fashioned wrasslin on the riverbank.

Nice weather for it too  :chuckle:

You get this many tired stressed out men combat fishing while watching other out fish them and stuff will happen. Glad that’s not the only good spot to fish in the area lol. They can have it. Don’t come to fish the toilet bowl unless you have your system dialed all ready and know how to fish. It’s not for the first timer.

People get shot for less these days...sounds like the guy was lucky.  :twocents:

I stand corrected
What country can preserve it's liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon & pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants.

Ouch...Some sloppy behavior there. I too, have personally witnessed more confrontational exchanges between folks in the last ten years than all my other years combined on the water. It is my opinion that as the sport fisheries become more popular and resources and opportunities become more scarce we will likely see more of this. Hopefully there were no youngsters there in the spectator boats for this 2024 drano debut. Stay safe out there guys....
