Aren't they trying to get rid of them and Isn't there a bounty for them in Lake CDA?  You may have given up some cash letting it go.

I thought I read once where they were illegally released in Lake CDA 40 or 50 years ago and they've been trying to get rid of them since.

Honestly,  I don't want them gone.  Could care less how much money they would offer, I'm not killing a beautiful fish like that.  Plus it's only the tribe who wants them gone and they are only controlling the southern half of the lake.  My opinion it's a pointless endeavor.

 :yeah:

They are just wasting a bunch of money and will never succeed in eradicating pike from the lake. I released a 28" rainbow in Rock Lake one time that was charcoal grey colored, even on its stomach and this guy in another boat lost his mind! He stopped to watch me fight the fish and get it landed and then when I took a few pics and put it back he lost it and started his boat back up and gunned it across the lake towards the boat launch.  :chuckle: :dunno:
