Awesome! I've got some buddies back home that seem to get tags every year or two. Need to look into getting a tag myself eventually.

Are you getting any soft goods made with the skin? Boots, bags, etc.

We are doing a rug with hers, it will fit on the wall a little better. My big one is getting tanned and a euro. These are wild critters, the foulness that comes out of their stomach into their mouth is absolutely rotten. If you get bit I think the infection would be the worst part if you survived, although you probably won’t, they are SO strong. These were harvested in Florida, we were able to kind of do it all, beach bum, have great meals, swamp crawl, get bloody, air boat, kayak, fish, hit some cool historical stuff and more. What a great state, if you have been wanting to do something similar you absolutely should make it happen!
