Same

Last time I went we saw 3 guys hiking out with packs full of sheds 60min after they opened the gates. After watching the 4th group of cows and calfs sprinting for their lives with their tongues hanging out and completely exhausted I stopped participating.

Me too
The last time I went was humping up a hill to grab a shed I glassed and had some turd on a horse drop down the hill , seen me and glassed where I was heading and very purposefully cut me off grabbed the shed and kept right on going
Later that morning different hill crested the top and had a guy with 2 shed dogs working it over
Turned around and headed to the truck
It used to be a low key good time
Not anymore

Good luck.  Dudes are already parked at Oak Creek.  Gave up on the opener . Last time I went I passed a guy that was  driving out ( around 8:30) with the bed of a Toyota full . Him and his buddy were going in from the Nile side months prior and stashing them . Then they made the loop and loaded up on the opener. Yesterday there was 4 trucks parked on 410 before Horseshow bend with spotters scanning the hill .
I will wait till Saturday
