Hey gang, in case you don't know the routine by heart, we have a Fall Raffle for a $1,000 prize. Tickets are $10 and a maximum of 500 will be sold. The funds we raise go to licenses, insurance (increased about 25% this year), payroll taxes, and general operation of the post. We need these to be able to serve our veterans daily. We offer community, cheap food and drinks, entertainment, information about pertinent veteran activities and services, participation in community events surrounding vets, etc. For some of our members, this post is their only tether to the world outside their home.
