This cam had the most action by far... Good placement... Just not in their core area... Think they were mainly cruising for does... Only got one doe on this cam... The big two I think I saw him about 50 yards to the left of this cam during late muzzy but couldn't get a shot...
I love you... I really do...

The secret spot... Any other angle, that tiny spike looks like a doe... Finally got my bear pic! It's true!  :IBCOOL: I think 4 or 5 different bucks made an appearance her... One of the big 2's the most... Never any kind of pattern or regularity... Then after Thanksgiving I got 9 different people going down and back... Only had 2 night time deer pics after that... But...
I love you... I really do...

I got a pic of what all the muzzy elk hunters that passed my were looking for!!!  :chuckle:  Only pic of an elk I got out of the 3 down this road and two a mile up ridge... He's a good one too! He fed in front of the cam for about 5 minutes... Then...
I love you... I really do...

He blew by this cam about 1/4 mile farther down the secret spot road... The date and time on this cam are correct... The date and time on the Cuddy up ridge are not correct... Won't hold for some reason... Took a while to figure this out... Pretty old cam... I can only verify 2 animals that passed both cams in a timely fashion... That bull and the tiny forky...
I love you... I really do...

Last month my dad's new suv got the wiring harness to the injectors chewed up by a rodent... Checked the truck and there was a rats nest made on the intake and valve cover... #7 plug wire was also pulled off the plug too... And that's kinda hard... Another nest in the Land Cruiser glove box... We don't have a bunch of garbage or stuff either... So somethings going on... Neighbor down the road has some flock but not a lot... Everyone has bushes and woods... So lots a places to hide... Declared war... Got poison, traps, and spray repellent for the vehicles... I was worried about the neighbor cat who is slacking on their job... But he doesn't bother any of it... Smells it all and checks it out... Won't even step on the traps she steps around them... I also wondered if the rabbits or squirrels would get into it... One big cottontail smelled it and moved on in less then a minute... Squirrels haven't been around it... Some of the rats don't even have any interest in it... Coons haven't showed up on cams... But this opossum comes through like a wrecking ball... Eat's all the poison, trips all the traps... Just leaves a wake of carnage... He's about 9 ounces in over a few days if it's the same one... I can't tell... Not trying to get this guy but man I know I'd be in the hospital after that much... The rats won't go in the bait stations... So I have Decon pellets in a tray under the pallet of firewood and Tomcat blocks on the wire... The brown pellets in a tub... (forgot brand) They don't eat the brown pellets... They prefer Decon over Tomcat... The Tomcat repellent spray works too... The cat doesn't like that area either...
I love you... I really do...
