"Initially facing 22 charges in that case, Livermore plead guilty to four felony counts of unlawful killing of deer, four counts of wastage and one felony count of possession of an unlicensed suppressor in exchange for prosecutors dropping a charge of attempted sexual abuse of wildlife."

"sexual abuse of an animal charges were dropped"????

This guy is really messed up. Glad to see the long sentence but still not long enough based on his history. Maybe they can put him on a prison farm where he will have access to sheep and pigs for dating.

I have a few questions in this case...

1. How'd they know he was SA an animal?

2. Was the animal the neighbors cow or a deer? Or both?

3. Is this guy KGB to make an accurate gun out of an umbrella?

Hopefully he won't make it out of prison... Just imagine how many deer this guy went around thrill killing...
I love you... I really do...

Disturbing.

Note that he identifies as a vegetarian and the ranchers calves that were SA had to be replaced.  Surprised he wasn't labeled a necrophiliac.

"in exchange for prosecutors dropping a charge of attempted sexual abuse of wildlife.

He was sentenced to more than a year in jail and to pay $6,000 in restitution to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife for eight deer as well as ordered to undergo a mental evaluation, according to KTVZ. The station reported that most deer he’d shot with his “survivor weapon” were pregnant does"

I guess he didn't want to be financially responsible for child support
