Should we form a search party...? :dunno:
...ahhh...never mind... let's wait till next hunting season.... :chuckle:

My concern is genuine Pathfinder, not a joke. To make light of the situation is not really appropriate IMO.

Sorry about that.  I guess I didn't realize we weren't joking.

Did anyone know him outside of the website? Or his real name?

Exactly, like I said he was over there and checked the area I told him about. He sent me a PM that night and first thing in the morning was going to hit a particular draw I sent him too, he has not been on since or answered email.

That is definitely suspicious phool... atleast we can hope that if he went missing something was done about it by his family or authorities and hopefully one of us would've heard about it.  That's the best we can hope for at this time imho.

I don't believe you have to provide a name to join this site.

I think he got what he came here for (huntnphool's honey hole in MT) and now has no reason to come back.  ;)

I googled his nickname and found him to partake in lots of forums, none of which have had any activity anytime recently.
:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

I'm fine.

I didn't want to talk about it because of what happened when i went to the spot.

I got a ticket for treespassing when I came back up the fenceline.  A judge threw it out, but it was an ordeal to say the least.

now you know.  blah.

Well we all make mistakes, the important part is that the worst fears didn't come true. Welcome back. :hello:

Does someone need to lighten up a little?  I understand you were worried about the guy, but what's wrong w/ a couple light hearted comments to lighten the mood? :dunno:

Maybe huntphool feared he was in jail.....;)
