To those who were asking last night.. (incentive tag)
« on: December 03, 2009, 09:27:35 AM »
I just spoke to Cody Arocha (sp?) at WDFW licensing division. He confirmed that I can hunt anywhere, with any weapon, any deer and any time between sept 1st and december 31st. The area of the regs you were looking at simply means I could not hunt an area that was not open for either a general season or a special permit season. I can hunt during or outside of those season. If hunting during the season, i needed to use the weapon of that season. He sent this to me so i now have the documentation again. WABONE, I would suggest not accusing people of things when you have a only a fraction of the truth available to you. Not cool.

p.s. 4 gmu's are closed to this hunt; numbers 157, 418, 485 and 522

418 is closed?  That is retarded!  The popultations in there are healthy!   :bash:  Stupid WDFW!  Good luck though, you got an awesome tag!

Probably waiting for the snow to condense the animals into their winter range where he can take his pick?

I agree, get out there, time is slipping by.  Go find a nice buck and put that tag to good use.

Holy crap, the bones have been out of velvet for months.  I'd have been all over this thing.  I've already seen a buck or two I'd have hung this tag or any other on.  The rut is almost over...other than winterrange and the walmart parking lot, what are you waiting for????
