My new rifle
« on: February 23, 2010, 05:53:15 PM »
My girlfriend told me she wanted a ring, so I told her I want a new rifle.  :bdid:   Well I got a new gun so I guess I am going to have to buy a ring.  It is a Tikka T3 Lite 7mm mag with a Leupold VX-3 CDS 4.5-14x40mm scope.  I am thinking I should of held out for more.   :chuckle:  Cant wait to get it dialed in and ready for this fall.
I've hunted almost everyday of my life, the rest have been wasted.

You should have told her no way... then went and bought your own rifle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

Nice rifle. I have the same in 30-06. Going to pick up a T3 SS 300 wsm  next month. They sure are an accuate rifle for the money.

I saved up and got my then girlfriend ( now wife) a very nice ring. Believe me, it will pay-off in the long run with future gun purchases. And marriage is a wonderful thing!! :'( :'(

That rifle is suppoe to be mine until you uphold your end of the deal! She said so. I will swing by tomorrow while your at work.  :chuckle: Come to think of it I will grab that horn that its posed with too.  :chuckle:  You better hurry up with that ring before I get you in BIG trouble.

When are we going to go to the range? I have one I need to shoot too.

Look at it this way...you got a really nice rifle and scope combo and she understands your love of hunting and shooting...good girl to have around! BUT... from now on, just be wary when a new rifle or pistol shows up!  :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

well 509er you got a good deal as long as how much she paid for your gun is what you are paying for the ring.. :dunno:. My sister on the other hand is expecting a big ring from her boyfriend... ;)... but he says in order for her to get the ring she wants she has to buy him a gun... so he said he wants the McMillan tac 50 with the package... which would be close to about what her ring would be... which is still a ridiculous amount.. :chuckle:.. which keeps giving me ideas for the future to ask my girl friend.... but anyways congrats on the marriage... ;)
