Teanaway Gobbler Down

  Holy crap there is alot of people in there today . Pretty short hunt this morning , heard on e on the roost at 5:00 AM , set up the decoy . We knew this bird and we knew he wouldnt come straight in so i was ready when he came in behind me . BOOM from 15 yards  ....    Pretty big one , he has 3 beards and 1 " spurs . longest beard is 9 inches , second is 5 and the third is 6 . Thats 20 inches of beard for those of you ... never mind . Now its my turn to call one in for my buddy   :IBCOOL:

Get a real camera!  Yet, the cell phone camera has been working.  I won't be able to get out for 2 more weeks.

No joke, i've been passing people on the roads with gear and setups that look like they're deer hunting.  Upper County is slammed with people, lots of people just riding the roads on quads, when did turkey hunting become a road hunt?

Years ago when WDFW starting training people to hunt turkeys that way..............as in  "free taggers".  No longer have the free tags, but it left it's mark. :bash:
