Any mortgage brokers out there? I'm starting class tomorrow for my NMLS certification/mortgage loan officer and should have my certification within a few weeks. I've sold mortgages before and was good at it. But, I was doing it as part of a multi-level marketing scheme and couldn't make a living without recruiting others to do the same for me. I learned that lesson!

If you have a brokerage or know of one in SW WA who's looking, please message me. Thanks all.

I'm still looking for an experienced elk hunter and/or mule deer who would like to be a guide for two weeks October. You will need to come early the first year and spend 10 days learning the area in order to be licensed. Most of my guides have other jobs, careers, or businesses, they take off anywhere from two to eight weeks each year to come and guide hunters. If you are a good experienced hunter and would like to guide send me a message or contact me at 208-852-6494.

If you are retired but still ambitious this could work for you too, some of my best guides have been retired guys!

And you think you 40 hr/wk guys have a hard time getting people of the couch!   Uff da.
