CS-24 - S 10 Watt Fox Pro
« on: January 21, 2011, 11:44:06 AM »
Just got my first E caller the CS-24 - S 10 Watt and tx 500 remote, and am loving it. Used rainshadows 24 bit audio with the caller and sounds amazing. Haven't called in the big cat yet, but have some coyotes and bobs. Can't wait to learned more about calling and to bring in a big kitty. Was not very impressed by fox pro's customer service however. any questions about the call let me know.

IMO the CS24 seems to be the best FoxPro for clarity etc. I'm surprised that you are unhappy with their service, they and the field reps have given me excellent service by going beyond what I would expect a company to do. And no I am not giving them a free plug just my personal experience with them.

If you were unhappy with the customer service FoxPro would like to know about it . The company and field staff members are always eager to help with any questions , problems you happen to have .
Call FoxPro and ask to speak to (smoking Joe) , he will do his best to correct any problem . This is the FIRST time i have ever heard anyone speak badly about the customer service from FoxPro . I know for a fact that they will jump thru hoops to make you happy .
If you would like contact me Via E.Mail and we can talk about it . Jerry Malbeck foxPro field staff .
