New Bow Coming
«
on:
May 23, 2008, 02:57:20 PM »
I just bought this bow on EBAY yesterday for a insane price $120 buy it now. It's a Fred Bear Element 70 lbs #29 in draw and shoots 302 fps. I have been looking to buy the FB INSTINCT and came across this one,I couldn't pass this one up at that price, it's only a couple fps slower than the Instinct and roughly $150 bucks cheaper and best of all it comes with a sweet hardcase
It should be her tomorrow, I cant wait!!!!! Has anybody shot one of these before? They seem to have some great reviews.

Great Score Gobble!!
I looked at the instinct too. Still might pickone up just for having another bow. Have seen the Instinct as low as $200 new, and have not seen many used out there, so they must be keeping them.

Great puchase, but is it just me or is that a left handed bow?

Yep. It is a lefty all right. I copied thie picture and zoomed in on it.
Sure hope you are left hand shooter! That might explain the proce. I have seen the left hand models sell way cheaper the the right. Supply and Demand and all that good stuff.

If the pic is of the actual, it's a lefty.

Well then, GREAT score! Congratulations. Let us know how it feels. I am still wanting that Instinct or the Code, but I have to sneak it, since my wife just let me by the Bengal, I am cut-off from the bank account for a while. I see lots of overtime in my future!

I will be here tomorrow finally
I too wanted the the instinct or the code but for $120 compared to $300 + for only a handful of FPS difference I couldn't pass this one up. I too had to break it to the little woman before it gets here too

Got the bow last week and bought the new sight, whisker Biscuit, and Quiver. Took it out to the range yesterday and the thing is awesome. Shoots very flat and true
I'm very happy with the purchase. Including the Easton epic arrows I'm into this thing only $250 bucks and it looks and shoots like a new bow

GREAT!
I Love it when everything comes together like that.
What are the arrows your shooting? What weight?
I am considering the Epics as well, or the Axis. Been some good prices lately. I have the Beman ICS Hunter 340 and Vapor Hunter Pro 4000. Like the Vapors, but they are pretty stout size diameter..........

The epics are great, they were the predesessors to the Axis arrows. Sportsmans warehouse in Fed way has them for $39 for 6 . The arrows i bought are the 340's.
