We breast the water fowl (I don't care for the water fowl fat) , brown them in olive oil and FRESH garlic, add water and let it simmer down then we add soy, ketchup, pepper to your liking, a dash of hot sauce. While all this is going on there is a salad made, potatoes or rice, and some vegetable dish. Unfortunately neither my wife nor I measure ingredients we just dash this and pinch that so you'll have to improvise.

Have you ever cooked them in wine at all.  I did that a long time ago, and always hear peopel reference that they do?
