They have really wild flight patterns and fly low within the trees.  Seems that open chokes worked best for them.

Best tasting bird there is.  Better than huns, pheasants, chukar...anything.  The word "sniper" comes from old British hunters that were skilled enough to kill them regularly.  If you get a chance to go, jump on it...
