Longbow string in Seattle?
« on: July 28, 2011, 08:07:18 PM »
Anybody know where to find a fast flight 63" string for my longbow in Seattle?  Or does anybody close to Seattle on here make strings?  I broke a strand tonight shooting, and I'd like to be able to keep shooting the next couple weeks while I'm at work.

The Nock Point in Mountlake Terrace. Not very far from downtown. They have a bunch of strings and they also make strings. You can call Bill...they're open till 10pm. 425 672 8080

If your in a pinch try the nock point in mountlake terrace. He may not have it but I'm sure he can make it, and he usually truns strings around pretty quick. Can't tell you about his longbow strings quality but I'm not a big fan of his compound strings. Serving seperation, streach, ect. It may be what your looking for to get you back in the game. He's open til 10 give him a call and explain your situation.

Thanks guys!  Just got off the phone with them.  They didn't have one in stock, but they can build one in a couple of days.  That'll work fine.  We'll see if I can figure out why it broke now!
