As a fat guy i will speak to this.  ;D

I'm almost 52 and a few years ago I noticed what a positive effect the sun would have on how i felt. If I spent the day in shorts and no shirt, the next day i felt better. I never noticed this when i was 35 and fit.

Now...NOBODY should have to see me without a shirt on. I'm not a pleasant site anymore. So when I'm out in the middle of no where without the risk of frightening a club of Girl scouts, its SHIRTS OFF! Soak in old Sol. Helps my mood, mellows me out, etc.

So, I salute you fellow fat guy for recognizing the health benefits of going top less.  :tup:

I have had a few guys on my cams.
Since I post a lot of trail cam pics on HW.
They haven't stole or broke my stuff.
I'm not gonna post there pics here.

Agree, if my family or I are on public land minding our own business no one should be posting pictures of us. Rude and offensive.  Now if someone is trespassing, littering or damaging your stuff thats different.

The law is that if you are in public spaces, people can take pictures of you.  Public lands are some what different, since most people do not see them as public places. 

Not sure there has ever been a court case on this issue.  It might be rude and offensive, but I am not sure that it is illegal.

On private land, there is the expectation of privacy.  If it is your land.  I suspect you can post pictures of people trespassing, littering on your land.

It is a interesting area.  There have been lawsuits regarding photography of people in public spaces.

I gave up.  I just don't take pictures of people!!
