Need Beretta model 3901 advice?

Trying to find out if its a misprint, they also have browning medallion rifles for $449, may have to get one of them too.

I looked at the gun, nice gun with good reviews, but didn't look like it will take 3 1/2" shells.

Decent price ( not a super price)  on a very good proven semi-auto shotgun. If I remember only 3" shells,.  Good upland shotgun

I was looking for a good all around 12 for upland, turkey, and waterfowl, was disappointed to see it only took 3". Sounds and looks like a great gun other than that.

I think you will be very happy.  I like the Berettas better than the Benellis in semi-auto. Softer shooting and can handle a wider range of loads and as Naches sportsplenty.man said 3 " is  plenty.

Thanks for the info guys, for the difference in price I would not be interested in the 3 1/2" beretta. I have also been looking at the Remington semiautos, any thoughts? They seem to be more affordable in the 3 1/2 chamber.

Have had a Remington 11/87 in 12 gauge for 15 years. Also for me a very dependable shotgun. I think the Beretta are a little better semi-auto though but as you see pay an extra $

Still not sure what I will buy, thanks for that info about the REM 11/87, Walmart has one here in town for something like $659, haven't checked the gun shops yet, been busy bear hunting, but will keep my eyes open.

3901 is a great gun for the money.  Remington quality has slipped.  I wouldn't buy a new Remington.

Nothing wrong with 3" loads.  Its all I shoot any more.  3-1/2" is just more money, noise and recoil.  They don't seem to improve my success in the field any.  My
