Well, my ticker doesn't show but the link does. I went a lb in the wrong direction this week and don't even know why. Not enough gym, for sure. Been on the road. Moon cycle's wrong. Too much rain. The planets aren't aligned right. Someone's feeding me sugar in my sleep. That'll about cover it.

I'm at the end of phase 2 of the lean program and it works good. I started it late as compared to just the gym but once I added this to the arsenal the endurance, strength, stamina shot up and the pounds have started falling off. I do it in the morning and during my lunch I run and stair climb or bike and elliptical going hard with only a quick break to change machines. Keep it up!
