I sent my cascades in 9 days before elk opener...i called them first and asked if they could have them done before my opener amd they said send them in....2 days later i had a brand new pair on my door step

Ive sent them 2 e-mails regarding CDS for my scope and have not recieved a reply....over a month.  NOT HAPPY.

I just got a call from Leupold, they said they are replacing my binoculars with a new pair except they discontinued the ones i sent in so i get their new model! ill take it!

Same thing they just did for me I sent in the olympics and they sent me the Mojave. They are very nice as well. They are just a tiny bit more weight then my old pair but I don't mind.

As far as alot of broken ones...you only hear about the broken ones....how many thousands are out there that are not broken...im pretty tough on my gear....i drag them through hell and back every year from sept-dec...and because of leupolds 2nd to none customer service and products i will be a customer for life.
