Karemy Labs
« on: June 18, 2012, 10:36:15 AM »
Hey guys! Just put my deposit down on a female pup from Karemy Labs! STOKED! Has anyone else got any of their lines or seen their dogs?

The sire

The dam

I figured with second pick, I should be able to find a REAL nice blocky female, with great lines to boot!

No doubt! I just hope my pick turns out half as nice as the parents, and Ill be happy... Now I just have to come up with a couple names! The problem is that I dont know if Im going to end up with a chocolate or a black at this point... Waiting till they get a little older to make my final pick. So now I have to come up with names for both!

I own Grits, the dog pictured on their website.  She is now almost 7 years old and a real honey to hunt with.  She is extremely calm in the blind, responded very well to training, is good on marks and blinds.  The biggest problem is she loves my hunting buddies more than she loves me.

Kathy Jackson, owner of Karemy, helped me pick her out of the litter and Kathy did a great job.  By the way, Grits is also a certified therapy dog (different than service dog, it takes some very specific skills and training to pass those tests) and worked with me in my office for three years counseling combat vets.  Here again, when I told each of my clients I was retiring, they, to the man, said "Does that mean I can't come see Grits anymore?"  Glad I could be of help.

I'll send you my phone in a pm if you want to talk.
