elk knock over my camera...... again
« on: September 02, 2012, 08:31:04 PM »
Last time they crapped on the camera......    This time they just knocked it over.   Here's the last pic before it got knocked over.......    No other pics of this bull.  Just a couple cow pics form the minute before this.

Can't tell much about the size of the bull form this pic......    :dunno:

 :yeah: :yeah:

At least set a 4x4 post in the ground good and deep, then mount the camera to that...  :chuckle: :chuckle:
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

This is out in a field I plan to hunt shortly.   No trees at all near where the elk are coming in......   at least not where I plan to ambush them shortly.

I'm beginning to think they seek it out and knock it down on purpose....    :dunno: :dunno: :dunno: :dunno:

they've probably knocked it over 5-6 times in the last month+.   It only lasts a few days, and they knock it over.   It's a field.   They could walk around, but they choose to knock it over.......    :dunno: :dunno: :dunno: :dunno:

You should put up a sign asking the elk to not knock over your camera......  :chuckle:  Kind of like the "Dogs and Sailors keep off the grass" signs.

A bullet or arrow will teach him not to mess with the camera.
