SA LH 12ga. for doves, pheasants, ducks

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum but I've been lurking around for a while. Seems like a great place filled with knowledgeable people.

I'm looking for a left handed, semi auto 12Ga. for shooting ducks, pheasants and doves. I don't shoot much else besides those. I'd like to stay around $1000 give or take $200.

I've been looking at the sx3 but from what I understand it didn't come in a lh version (but at least the safety is reversible).

Any other good recommendations out there? Also, should I go with a 26" or 28" barrel?

Not real up on my knowledge of lefty autoloaders, but i'd say go to the local gun stores and see what's out there. I know you can get the benelli SBE Left handed but might be out of your price range.

You're more than welcome to shoot my right handed SX3 and see how it feels. I know some RH guns are better than others for lefty shooters. just my  :twocents:

Have you considered an O/U's?  Go 28" barrel with screw in chokes.
