Those little bad boys look tasty..  Congrats on a great hunt.  If your interested in trying a little different recipe, here's a link to by far my favorite quail recipe.  Since we pretty much only have quail down here in Georgia, I eat a TON of quail and I've tried lots of different recipes.  The only thing I do a little differently is only cook the quail (usually 4-6) about 35 minutes, and I baste them about twice as much.  I also use a little of the extra sauce for dipping.  This recipe is absolutely awesome and really easy.

"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter
