On the Harris website they call the canting models the swivel models, denoted by an s... But they swivel on the same axis as the barrel. If you're into tactical stuff, they have an adapter that does allow the rifle to turn on a vertical axis, so you can turn it left and right, but you'd need a picatinny rail to mount it to.

I use the Stoney Point shooting monopod/shooting stick...  I set it an the length it makes a decent walking stick for balance in rough spots.  It will work for shooting from my knee if I need it.  Personally, I use the backpack if it is lower than that.
