Elk pictures from this summer
« on: November 14, 2008, 08:35:10 PM »
These are some pictures taken of our local elk herd from this summer.

This first one I like to call the Clubhorn bull.

This second one is a decent 5x5. The photo is a little off as it was taken through a window in the house.

The third one is the neighbor horses saying hello to the 5x5. The white arab gelding usually chases off the elk, but I think there was a little intimidation factor here.

The last one is a picture of part of the herd. There are quite a few cows and some bulls missing here.
