Difference between Wyoming regular and "special"?

So during my Wyoming research I've found that for example, Region A has regular and "special" tags...what's the difference?

$$$ is only the difference. The special tags give you a better chance of drawing b/c your odds are less b/c they alot tags specific to guys who will pay more for the same tag.
Take up your bow, a quiver full of arrows, head out to the country and hunt some wild game.  GEN 27:3

That's correct also good for those that want to pay more per pound for that venison.

That is generally but not always entirely correct. The special permits are always more expensive. They usually, but not always, have better draw odds. You need to check the draw odds for both and decide if the additional cost is worthwhile on a case by case basis.

Nature. It's cheaper than therapy.

Thanks...any word how the deer population is this year?  I know they had an awful winter two years ago...70% fawn death.
