Finally saw one of the neighborhood blacktail bucks for the first time since early summer. He was sniffing a doe 20 feet away, and when I stopped the truck and rolled down the window, he stomped his foot and snorted at me. LOL. The rut is on like Donkey Kong. Now all I need to do is figure out if I can sneak off work early tomorrow for one last shot.
