random buck
« on: November 09, 2012, 12:15:01 PM »
Yet another buck I spotted  and stalked while bedded while tag holders were driving by.  :chuckle:  Actually I had spotted a nice buck on the move but was a mile or more away.   I left the area and came back.  I expected that he would hook up with the does that were about 1/2 mile away.   While looking for him, I spotted this guy bedded.      He held until I jumped a smaller 4x4 I didn't see in the tall sage.  He had enough and he made some distance.   I'll add different pics when I get to them.
For now.   A broadside shot of his exit.

It would be really hard for me to not shoot that buck. Big rack or not, I just love that rack.

Pretty genetics.   I'd love for him to make it a couple years.   There are normally some pretty good bucks where I found this guy.   All got harvested or ate I guess.

Yeah, he's really young with a really nice set of antlers.  I'd love to see him in 3 years...
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.
