2nd deer tag question

This year i had multiseason and drew a muzzy second deer tag. When i bought the tag, it was a whole other tag itself that said second deer muzzleloader. My question is if you dnt have multiseason, can you apply for a second deer tag in a different weapon category as your origial tag? The way it looks to me you should be able to.

 :(Unfortunatly the dont allow this, it says in the regs, your first second tag must be the same as the first
