Its always interesting to see bucks return year after to year to see how they grow one year to the next and also to get a better age on them as well..pretty hard to age whitetails after 4.5+  How old do u think this buck is? I think hes 5.5 this year

well it would hard to imagine a buck younger than 5 1/2 with a rack like that.  also if he was much older his  antlers would start receding so 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 sounds right.  the square bulky body also backs up the age

Put my Gf on him this weekend..nothing moving in the area.. 3 years I ave him on cam..maybe next year..hard area to hunt

remember, milo hanson's world record typical was 3.5 years old...... can't judge a bucks age by horns....... having said that, his body shows complete maturity. lets hope he doesn't decline next year and you get a crack at him. amazing animal!
