Truglo tritium FO sight

Just got some truglo tritium fiber optic sights for my Glock, and saw they make a muzzleloader tritium sight (it illuminates the fiber optic)

Anyone tried them?  Are they even legal for WA?

rules say no sights containing glass.  Isn't the tritium capsule a glass enclosure?  Or does it not matter because the glass is fully enclosed within the sight.
