The nice thing about the jetboil is how efficient they are .No other stoves compare. :tup:
The MSR Reactor stove will boil water faster. My friend was a big Jetboil fan until we did some side by side comparisons. He shelved his Jetboil and bought a Reactor.

I cant say for certin that it is faster( than the reactor) but it (jetboil sol ti) is ALOT lighter.My buddy has the reactor and it is too bulky and heavy for backcountry solo use in my opinion.

Someone also posted about not being able to get a mountainhouse meals worth of water out of 1 boil with the sol , but i have only ever needed about 2 cups for any mountainhouse meal that i have had eaten ( which the jetboil sol will do no problem).
