xdog, I love all the pics.  Thanks for sharing.

That first pic with Piper is cute.  Is she sleepy or being shy?  She has quite the look on her face.  I just love labs and all the personality they have.  8)
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

Thank you very much.

You read Piper well.  I love Piper she is a great dog and loves her retrieving that said she dosent do well with direct eye contact so having her picture taken is probably the least favorite function in the world for her.   I think her squint is one small level above "if I close my eyes will this please all go away".

Thank you.

I have shot a number of semi's over the years, several Remington 1100's, Browning Gold, Beretta Pintail, Benelli SBE and the past two seasons the Beretta Extrema II.

All good or excellent guns IMHO.

I won that Extrema in a raffle two summers ago and put it together brand new out of the box the night before the 2011 duck opener, never even checked what choke was in it (modified) and shot a 7 duck limit with 8 shells the next morning and the eighth shell used to double tap on one bird.  The Extrema continues to amaze me how well it kills in the field for me and so far it has been operation and maintenance free through the first 14 cases of shells from light trap loads to 3.5" big loads.

So I am loving my Extrema right now, most everyone else's and your opinion and results will surely vary.

Good shooting regards,

 :)

Thank you all for the kind words.

It looks like we have "some" cold weather and I am hoping to get out a few days this next week.

Good hunting regards,

:)
