Found an AR today

Question to you gun lawyers on here. Could a person set up a trust to pass down his guns to whomever ? That way our inept gubmint could never steal them from us.

Doest the guy you know own that northwest gun trust? I would sure give him a call and see what he thinks.

I would say its moot until the legislation passes. I don't see how they wouldn't think of people creating a living trust.

Carp,

My gun lawyer friend just emailed me. He said, " YES", you can put them in a trust. He said to wait to see what happens with the the Feinstein agenda.

What if the bill specifically makes this illegal?

There is no point in asking how. You should know that by now. Lol
How can they spend WAY more then they take, year in and year out?
How can they force us to buy health insurance?
How can the Supreme Court deem this Constitutional?
How could a bill that calls for the confiscation of legal gun owner's weapons actually be taken seriously?
The list goes on. And is there any doubt it's going to get worse?

Dang it! Midway cancelled 66% of my backorders. 1 item for each costumer even after backorder purchase. It's fair, hoarders create artificial shortages. I just have 3 projects in play. Now it is going to be hard to finish two of them. I may have to offer up one gun for sale to a gunshop in order to get parts for the other two in order to finish them  :dunno:

MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.
