I see sig/sauer and glock make pistols in this caliber. Has anyone an opinion on these?
Thanks

Try finding ammo for it before you buy one.  Good Luck with that!  About as easy to find as 45 GAP.....
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

When Bernie Madoff did it, it's called a "Ponzi Scheme"
When Government does it, it's called "Social Security"

The .357 Sig is a excellent cartridge, I never base my purchases on ammo cost or local availability. Any ammunition can be found pretty much anywhere on line. I purchase my .357 Sig ammo at Ammoman.com and have it delivered right to the door. I plan on a Sig Sauer 1911 Nightmare in .357 Sig in the near future.

I have 2 guns in 357 sig. Two years ago i bought 10000 rounds for very cheap. with the current state of ammo prices and availability i would say steer clear. But its an awesome little cartridge! Paired with my p226 elite dark its a fast shooting very acurate little number.

I've always thought it was a sweet little round. Never had one though.

Wholesale sports had lots of it the other day. Cheap stuff and good stuff. Couldn't tell you the price just noticed it there.

It's a great round, I have shot about 5 boxes of it in various platforms... I do know that the Federal Air Marshalls carry it exclusively. Personally I just went with 40,as it is way easier to find ammo for... But if you are looking for a fun caliber, 357sig is fun to shoot.
